CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Vinyasa: A dynamic flow that synchronizes breath with movement, helping to build strength, flexibility, and focus. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class invites you to connect deeply with your body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized.
Flow & Restore: A blend of gentle vinyasa and restorative postures to help release tension and restore balance. Flow through a calming sequence of movements, followed by deep, restful poses designed to relax the body and quiet the mind. This practice invites you to honor the balance of Sthira and Sukha—steadiness and ease—creating space for both strength and comfort in every breath.
Slow Flow: A breath-led flow that invites you to slow down, move with intention, arrive fully in the present moment, and build strength and stability from the inside out. Expect a pace that honors both effort and ease, allowing you to create space to listen inward to your body, breath, and mind, leaving you feeling grounded and renewed.
